Satan steals, kills, destroys

Harvest-time Deliverance

Satan KNOWS he's defeated, but he keeps trying to steal, kill, and destroy

YES, satan has been defeated!! Jesus defeated him on the Cross!
We don't argue that, nor do we discount the fact that that is true!

Sometimes, though, satan DOES try to convince us that he can still tear up, interrupt, oppress, kill, destroy, steal, and so on. He will never give up "trying" to pull us down. He knows that Jesus defeated him that day on the Cross, but the Bible calls him the 'father of lies'(John 8:44) and that is what he is.

So long as we allow him to, he will send his minions (his workers--who are actually evil spirits) to interrupt us. He works through our thought processes--you see, the "battlefield" is in the mind. That is where we begin the spiritual battles that we face--in our minds.

God gave us a will of our own--He doesn't 'force' us to do anything, and neither will He ever!! That is why He gave us the will of our own.

When Jesus died on the Cross, He bought back everything that the enemy (the devil) had stolen from man. He bled in 7 different places in order to buy back those things which satan stole from man. You see, God set up the law and the legalities of everything He created and made. He (God) Himself has to abide by the laws that He has made, and He can't vary from them one little bit, or that would mean that we couldn't trust Him for anything. Therefore, when everything was created a certain way, and then stolen from us, God knew that everything that was stolen HAD to be 'redeemed' in the same manner that it was taken from us. That is the way that He made it according to His law.

Satan stole Adam's will in the Garden of Eden, but when Jesus died, He bought it back--Remember that Jesus even bought back the keys to death, hell, and the grave (Rev. 1:18) ---the devil had all that--they were his--when Adam fell, satan took dominion over things of this world, over man's will, over everything that man had. That is why Jesus HAD to bleed in so many places--each place was to buy back certain privileges, for lack of a better word, and He has redeemed us back to our original state. When you "redeem" something, you return it back to its original state.

Our Salvation is very important to us--that is the greatest gift that God could give us, but many of us do not realize that Jesus did so much more than die for our Salvation.

The devil and his minions still try to get us to sin by tempting us through our flesh--he puts thoughts in our heads and then more thoughts come in with them, and before we know it, the devil has built up a stronghold in our mind, and it is so strong that we are no longer capable of hearing the true Word of God.

He uses many, many things to interrupt us, disturb us, pull us down, get us back into sinning, as he tempts us in the areas where we are the weakest.

You see, in order for him to be able to do all these things to us, we have to 'allow' him to do them. When Jesus defeated him, he was defeated all right, but he just hasn't given up 'trying' to steal, kill and destroy man. You see, we were created in God's image, and the devil hates all of mankind--especially Christians for when he sees us, he sees God.

In the Bible, we read in Hosea 4:6, "My people perish for lack of knowledge". That means that because man does not know or hasn't been taught these things, then we die. The wiles that the devil uses can cause us to lose our eternal life if we don't understand what is going on and fight back.

We, here in our Ministry, and our Church teach and preach on Spiritual Warfare, and we try to teach people how the enemy operates, and how to fight him. If we haven't been taught, or we haven't learned it by our own studies, then we simply do not know.

We get concerned because so few people are interested in how to fight the enemy of our souls. There are those who are 'convinced' that the devil cannot do anything to them, and things in their lives are not looking good, and then they wonder why. It is a shame that ALL people cannot hear how the enemy operates and causes all these bad things and how he is right in the middle, a lot of times, of all their failures. The Bible calls him the "accuser of the brethren" (Rev. 12:10). You see, he causes people to do things, and then he turns right back around and accuses people for doing the things that he actually caused them to do in the first place.

There are so many deceiving people out there insofar as their teaching of the True, Full Word of God(Read 2 Timothy 3:1-7. It talks about how there will be bad things in these last days--and it talks about the false teachings, etc. Read it! You see, some just take the Scriptures that sounds good to them, and they 'run' with them, and try to make those Scriptures line up with their own personal lives. It should be the other way around . . .their lives should line up with the Scriptures---it is the Word of God. The Word of God will STAND . . . .It will not change . . .God says that He changes not, and that He is the same, yesterday, today, and forever.

We tell those people who try to argue about certain Scriptures and parts of the Bible that if they don't like it, tear it out!! Then, when they find something else that doesn't suit them, tear that out, too. Before they know it, they will have most the Bible torn completely out, and they will still be acting just they did BEFORE they ever even opened the Bible. Some people just don't want to KNOW the REAL TRUE WORD OF GOD.

It is our desire for ALL to come to Christ and get to know Him and know ALL that He has done for all of us. We pray that the Holy Spirit will move upon His people in such a way that they are compelled to come into God's house this Sunday and hear ALL that God has done for them. To hear and learn ALL that Jesus did for them when He died for them on that Cross some 2,000 years or so ago.

Some people won't even give Sunday a second thought insofar as Christ and it being the Sabbath--they go on as though their lives are their own, and they are going to live it their own way.

I ask you today . . . . . .What are YOU going to do about Jesus????

When are YOU going to learn about Him, and receive ALL that HE has for YOU? What if tomorrow never comes for you? Where will you breathe your next breath after you have breathed your last one here?
What excuses will you use when you have to face Jesus and He asks you why you never bothered to know Him?

The Bible tells us that "it is appointed to man once to die and then the judgment"(Hebrews 9:27). . . . . .You don't get a second chance . . . .when He says, "depart from Me, I never knew you", THEN it is over!!

I pray that you think on these things. Find a good church somewhere tomorrow and begin to learn about how good God is, and to see that being a Christian really IS better than being out in the world.

Don't wait until it is too late!! What are YOU going to do about JESUS?
